What is a prophet's chamber?

No, it’s not a place where theologians go to study Bible prophecy! It’s just a fun term taken from 2 Kings 4:9-10, and it refers to a furnished apartment or house set aside for ministry guests. During my furloughs, I stay in prophet’s chambers to keep from having to drive back and forth from a single home base. These special apartments help me to greatly reduce the financial, physical, and emotional stress of furlough. To any church or individual who runs a prophet’s chamber, even one where I haven’t yet stayed: thank you for all the work you do to maintain this special ministry!
